During the operation of the plant, there is a significant leakage of dust from the entrance mouth of the mill.
The surrounding areas and offices are flooded with dust.
Installation on the entrance mouth of the mill of 3 AIROX IMPACT M series nebulizers with the umbrella-like diffusion of the fog which allowed the formation of the dust cloud at the mouth of the mill to be nipped in the bud.
The system was then completed with the installation of 1 nebulizer at the exit of the mill and 2 additional AIROX IMPACT series C at the fall of the belt for the storage of the material for the capture of the small post-dust dust emissions crushing.
To guarantee a continuous flow of material and a cleaning action, the crushing mill has also been equipped with CAPPUCCINO cannons for cleaning the loading hopper and a RASKIA FLIPPER secondary cleaner with modular PU blades and carbide insert.
