Problem
In a biscuit factory, load cells blocked by blocks of material.
Flour compactions prevented the normal flow of material within the production chain.
Solution
Application on load cells of small AIRFLASH cannons (the 2LT JET cannon was selected for the application) to keep the material fluidized. With the insertion of 1 fluidization point with periodic cyclic activation on each cell, the regular flow of material in the production line was restored.
