29-06-2023 - SILVER MEETING IN ZOGNO … EYES ON THE 1500m
ALESSANDRO MOROTTI protagonist in the 1500m, new PB of 3'46"38, it is above all the minimum for the under 20 European championships in Jerusalem. Already in possession of the 3000m one, MOROTTI is proving that he deserves more and more the call-up in the blue, since in the race he finished ahead of many of his competitors for a place in the continental event…

18/06/2023 AGROPOLI - ITALIAN PROMISE CHAMPIONSHIPS
ERIK MAREK ITALIAN UNDER 23 CHAMPION IN THE 100M
After the triumph at the Italian indoor championships in Ancona on 60m complete with a personal best, he repeats himself in Agropoli in the 100m, with a personal best. 10”28 in battery: with this time he equalized the provincial record belonging to Pietro Mennea and climbed the absolute national rankings of the year, moving to just 7 cents from the Olympic champion Marcell Jacobs. In the final Marek flies: 10 ”19 (time not approved due to excessive wind) and dedicates his victory to his teammates and to his coach FAUSTO FRIGERIO.
Excellent results also for the other guys, here are some:
SAMUELE RIGNANESE, in the same race as Marek, ran in 10"39 (non-approved time trial) and the day after he conquered the 200m and finished in the final in 21"16 (not approved for the wind).
MEGAN SORTI, at the end of two excellent races, arrives at the foot of the podium in the discus throw with the measure of 48.80m
GIORGIA TOMBINI, sixth in the hammer, with two throws over 50m (the best at 59.94m)
ERICA MACCHERONE, close to the podium and arrives fourth in the 100m hurdles, perhaps the race with the highest technical rate in these Italian championships
CHIARA STEFANI, in the 5000m she beats 11 seconds from her personal best, who in the first year of the category crosses the finish line in seventh position with a time of 17'10 ”34
