ECOFOG PLANTS

Plant designed for the abatement of industrial dusts by means of micronized water at low pressures for the production of adjustable and directional flows of artificial fog able to capture the polluting particles.

ECOFOG was created with the aim of making work environments healthier and more livable, preventing the spread of pollutants into the atmosphere by eliminating them directly during their formation thanks to the use of punctual dust capturing positions.

ECOFOG is a careful and intelligent technology aimed at reducing waste: the fog particles capture the dust making it fall back onto the material that generated it. In this way, even the most volatile particles are reintroduced into the production cycle. Furthermore, since the quantity of water used is infinitesimal, no drying treatments are necessary for the material.

Not only profitability and safety at work, but also attention to the environment. ECOFOG systems are designed with a green energy saving perspective. Thanks to AIROX technology, in fact, ECOFOG produces fog by exploiting the combination of two pressurized fluids (air and water) working with low consumption volumes and low working pressures: for water from 0.25Bar to 1Bar, for air from 2Bar to 3.5Bar.
